Purchase Summary

Purchase Summary reports allow you to view on site, as well as export a .CSV file, a report that shows the number of times an item has been purchased within your specified date range. This can be further filtered by attributes, categories, channels (multi-channel sites only) and payment gateways to be as specific or as broad as you like.

Filter Options

• Date Range
  • Can be a custom date range, or use range presets from the "Select date range" drop down
• Payment Gateway
• Currency
  • CAD/USD
• Channel Selection (only available on multi-channel platforms)
• Advanced Filters
  • Attribute Groups
  • Categories

Information Included In The Report

• Item Description
  • Name of individual videos, or packages
• Number of purchases
• Currency
  • CAD/USD Depending on your filter settings
• Net Amount
• Taxes
• Total dollar amount for that Item

How To Generate A Report

1. Select your date range
2. Select your payment gateway
3. Select your currency
4. Select your channel (only available on multi-channel platforms)
5. (Optional) Apply any advanced filters
   1. Click "Add"
6. Click "Search" to generate the report
7. Click "Export CSV" if you would like a downloaded copy of this report
